On August 18, the Media Conservatory at Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts were given the opportunity to observe the set of the locally filmed Disney TV show 'Andi Mack.'
The school hosted the production's 'base camp' at the back of the school's parking lot. The production staged its mobile production offices, transportation vehicles and catering while vans shuttled the cast and crew to the filming location, located at a private home in the nearby neighborhood.
Students were able to be on set and see a professional crew at work, giving them the perspective of how all the skills they are learning are applied at the top level.
