Concert Date Change

The upcoming "Piano and Guitar Concert" has been rescheduled from February 20 to March 5 at 7pm in the SLSPA Auditorium. Come check out some great piano and guitar repertoire featuring the Intermediate Piano and Guitar classes.

Help the Music Department and Eat Some Great Pasta Too!

The music department is doing a tour fundraiser at the Old Spaghetti Factory on Monday, February 18 from 4:00-9:30 PM. All you have to do is take the attached flyer (or show it on your phone) and 15% of the cost of your order will go to SPA! Your cost is no higher than it would be without the flyer. Little Women Takes to the Stage

Come see a charming production of the musical "Little Women," February 21-23, 2019. Shows will be at 7:00 pm with an understudy matinee at 2:00 pm on February 23.

Shadow Days are Coming

Shadow days are a chance for perspective students to spend an entire day at Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts interacting with students and teachers during some of our dynamic classes. Shadows are offered a wide variety of courses to try in dance, theatre, musical theatre, tech theatre, music, media, and CTE. There are 5 chances to Shadow in 2019: February 12, February 21, March 7, March 20, and April 11. To learn more and to reserve a spot, click the red “visit us” tab at the top of our website

Madrigals to Perform at Grizzlies Game

The Madrigals are singing the Canadian national anthem at a Grizzlies hockey game on February 8. The game starts at 7:00. If you want to come support the choir and/or see a great game of hockey, you can buy tickets that will also support the music program at the school! Call 801-988-8026, and a $12-15 ticket will get $3-5 directly donated to us. Be sure to mention SPA when you call so we can get the credit. Tell all your friends and neighbors and have a fun night of hockey and music!

Tolerance in Motion

Come see our conservatory dancers perform at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts as part of the Ririe Woodbury Tolerance in Motion exhibition. The show will be on Wednesday January 16th from 6-8 pm. Entrance is free when you say "I'm here to see 'Tolerance in Motion'."

Little Women Auditions

SLSPA Musical Theatre is gearing up for their second musical production of the year, "Little Women." Auditions will be on December 17 and 18 from 3-6pm. Audition packets are available on the theatre call board.
